1. Sight Word Extravaganza
Teach and Review grade level sight words with students using visual and oral cues (song/chant and chart). Assess student recognition and comprehension of sight words by sentence writing activity. 45min-1hr. the first day of each set and 10min. review each day. Once all words have been introduced and assessed, review periodically throughout the year.
